lentil-soup.md: Adjust lentils 
Now that I have a scale I can try to be more exact about the weight,
and according to online "dry lentils" equivalencies 1 cup is 200 g.

I write them here so I don't forget them, and because storing recipes in a git repository is sweet. Imagine when someone comes along and sends me patches for my banana bread recipe!
