+- Tezira is having problems submitting to the [ILRI brochures](https://cgspace.cgiar.org/handle/10568/24452) collection for some reason
+  - This is the same collection Judy was having issues with, though her issue was to take the task after submitting
+  - The error then was "authorization denied for workflow step 1" where "workflow step 1" was the "accept/reject" step, which had a group defined, but was empty
+  - Adding her to this group solved her issues
+  - Now I see the group is empty again, so I asked Abenet if she modified it
+  - I'm not sure which specific error Tezira is getting, but she is already in the submitters group..
