Alan Orth ef6ce2335e roles/common: Remove systemd-journald drop-in ... Older Ubuntus originally didn't use a persistent journal, which was somewhat of a surprise when looking at logs after a few months. Now this does not seem to be an issue since Ubuntu 18.04.
