Banitsa

Ingredients

  • ~450g flour
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 400g yoghurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp salt

Method

  • In a large bowl, start mixing flour into water slowly until the dough becomes stringy and doesn't stick so much
  • Bake at 200°C for at least 35 minutes (make sure to check!) on the middle or lower rack
