&lt;p&gt;بِحَسب تَجْرِبَتِي، كلُّ طبَق على قائِمَة الطَّعَام بِبَسَاطَة لَذِيذ! - بِمَا في ذَلِكَ الخُبز المُسَطَّح الكَبِير المُوشَّح بالنَّار الذي سيَكُون رائِعاً عندما تَرَاهُ كيف يُصْنَع بِنَفْسِ الرَّوْعَةِ تماماً عندما تَأْكُلُهُ.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;يُخْجِلُني أَنْ أَقُولَ إِنَّ الأَمْرَ قَدِ اِسْتَغْرَقَ مِنِّي شَهْرًا تَقْرِيبًا لِاكْتِشَافِ هَذِهِ الحَلْوَى اللذِيذَة بَعْدَ الاِنْتِقَال إلى الأُرْدُنّ.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;أَصْلُها مِنْ &lt;a href=&#34;https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%84%D8%B3&#34;&gt;نَابْلُس&lt;/a&gt;، وهي مَدِينةٌ فِلَسْطِينيّة مَعْرُوفَة على ما يَبْدُو بــ «المطبخ الرّاقي»، وتُعْتَبرُ &lt;a href=&#34;https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%83%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%A9&#34;&gt;الكنافة&lt;/a&gt; هي واحِدَة من تِلْكَ الأَشْيَاءِ الَّتِي لا يُمْكِنُ إِعْدَادُها بِسُرْعَةٍ كَافِيَة.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;عِنْدَ مَحَلٍّ مَشْهُورٍ يُدْعى «حبيبة» في وَسْطِ البَلْدَةِ عَمَّان يُوجَد دَائِماً هُناك طَابُور، ومِنَ الصَّعْبِ بَعْضَ الشَّيء لِأَنْ تَطْلُبَ هُنَاك، إلّا إذا كُنْتَ تَعْرِفُ ما الّذِي سَتَفْعَلُه!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
