Adjust images in post front matter
My theme now uses a few of Hugo's internal metadata templates and
the convention there is to look for an "images" array in front
matter.

content/post: Add aliases to posts whose URL changed
I changed the post URL structure to use the post's slug, so now I
need to alias old post URLs to the new ones.
