Move all content to page bundles

This allows me to use Hugo's image resizing to create img srcsets
where the client downloads an appropriate image depending on their
screen size.

I had to go back and find original photos for each of these posts
because Hugo was resizing my already-optimized versions and they
looked horrible. Unfortunately I couldn't find originals for these
posts:
  - aqaba-dirty-disappointing
  - contemporary-arab-design-jrf-showroom
  - eid-mubarak-neighborhood-dumpster
  - no-noise-near-noisy-mosque
  - red-orange-yellow-rice-bab-al-yemen

Hugo will fall back to looking in the static directory for these.

+در حالی که عملاً در اُردن نیست، [قبة الصخره][1] اورشلیم در واقع فقط در چند قدمی اَمان (مزاح با کلمات) است. این زیارتگاه نه تنها با یک گنبد طلایی پوشانده شده است بلکه پوشیده از کاشی کاری های بسیار زیبا از دوران عثمانی و آراسته به خوشنویسی ظریف عربی است. همچنین مشهور به داشتن یک [رزومه چشمگیر و بلند از مکانهای مقدس است][2].

+این حرم که تقریباً ۱۳۰۰ سال پیش ساخته شده است، در بالای یک مجموعه به نام [کوه معبد][3] («مقره ویژه» به زبان عربی) قرار دارد که چهار هزار سال پیش به کنعانیان برمی گردد — همانطور که گفتم، از یک رزومه چشمگیر برخوردار است!

+به عنوان یک فرد سکولار، به طبع من خیلی سازگار نیست. اما شکّی نیست که این مجموعه بسیار زیبا است. بازدید از کوه معبد از ساعت 7:30 تا 11:00 از روی پل مجاور در دیوار غربی محله یهودیان شهر قدیم برای عموم غیر مسلمان آزاد است.

+While not _technically_ in Jordan, Jerusalem's [Dome of the Rock](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dome_of_the_Rock) is basically just a stone's throw away from Amman (pun intended). Not only is this shrine capped with a golden dome, covered in vibrant Ottoman-era tilework, and adorned with elegant Arabic calligraphy, it also boasts an [impressive *résumé* of sacred claims to fame](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundation_Stone).

+The shrine, built nearly 1,300 years ago, stands atop a hotly contested complex called the [Temple Mount](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temple_Mount) ("Noble Sanctuary" in Arabic) that dates back to the Canaanites four thousand years ago — like I said, an impressive *résumé*!
+
+As a secular person it's all a bit too heavy for my taste, but there's no doubt that the complex is stunningly beautiful. Visitation of the Temple Mount is open to the non-Muslim public from 7:30 to 11:00 AM from the access bridge at the Western Wall in the Jewish Quarter of the old city.
