<p>تَقَعُ أَطْلَالُ مَدِينَةِ جَدَارا القَدِيمَةِ على هَضَبَةٍ تُوجَدُ فِي الرُّكْنِ الشَّمَالِيِّ الغَرْبِيِّ مِنَ الأُرْدُنِّ. مِنْ هَذِهِ النُّقْطَةِ المُرْتَفِعَةِ وإلى ما وَرَاءَ بَلْدَةِ أُمِّ قَيْس الهَادِئَة، يُمْكِنُكَ الاِسْتِمْتَاعُ بإِطْلَالَةٍ رَائِعةٍ على بُحَيْرَةِ طبريا ومُرْتَفَعَاتِ <a href="https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%87%D8%B6%D8%A8%D8%A9_%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%88%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%86">الجُولَانِ السُّورِيَّةِ الَّتِي تَحْتَلُّهَا إِسْرَائِيل</a>. ومِثْلُ العَدِيدِ من الأَمَاكِنِ الأُخْرَى في المِنْطَقَةِ، ظَهَرَتْ جَدَارا في السِّجِلِّ التَّارِيخِيِّ بَعْدَ غَزْوِ الإِسْكَنْدَرِ الأَكْبَرِ للشَّرْقِ الأَدْنَى عَامَ 333 قَبْلَ المِيلَادِ، ويَبْدُو أَنَّ المَدِينَةَ قَدْ تَمَّ تَدْمِيرُ مُعْظَمِهَا، ثُمَّ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ هُجِرَتْ إِثْرَ زِلْزَالٍ وَقَعَ فِي القَرْنِ الثَّامِنِ.<sup id="fnref:1"><a href="#fn:1" class="footnote-ref" role="doc-noteref">1</a></sup></p></description>

<p>بعد فترة وجيزة من انتقالي إلى عمّان <a href="http://localhost:1313/2016/09/saint-thaddeus-church-amman/">لاحظتُ المبنى المميّز</a> هذا على تلٍّ بعيد جداً، وعزمتُ على أن أذهب في رحلة بحث عن هذا المكان للعثور عليه. المشي من وسط المدينة إلى جبل الأشرفية مليء بالشوارع المُلْتوِية والسّلالم شديدة الانحدار (وبعضها لا يؤدّي إلى أي مكان). حتّى اليوم أعتبر الكنيسة إحدى المعالم المفضّلة لديّ في عمّان، وغالبًا ما أقوم بالرحلة هذه إلى هناك عندما أشعر بأنني أريد القيام ببعض التمارين الرياضية واستكشاف المدينة. أحب أن أفكر في الأمر وكأنّهُ حج — فهو مكان دينيّ في نهاية المطاف!</p></description>

<p>إنّ ساحِلَ البَحْرِ الميِّتِ في الأُرْدُنّ هو المكان المِثاليّ للاِبْتِعَادِ عن صَخَبِ وضَجِيجِ عمَّان. إذا كُنتَ تَبْحَثُ عن شَيءٍ أَكْثَر صِحّةً وأَصْغَر حجماً — ناهِيكَ عن أنّهُ أَرْخَص من مُنْتَجَع رَاقِي خَمْس نُجُوم، فلا تَنْظُر إلى ما هو أَبْعَد من (شاليهات <a href="https://wildjordan.com">وايلد جوردان</a>) في الموجِب.</p></description>

<p>يُخْجِلُني أَنْ أَقُولَ إِنَّ الأَمْرَ قَدِ اِسْتَغْرَقَ مِنِّي شَهْرًا تَقْرِيبًا لِاكْتِشَافِ هَذِهِ الحَلْوَى اللذِيذَة بَعْدَ الاِنْتِقَال إلى الأُرْدُنّ.</p>
<p>أَصْلُها مِنْ <a href="https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%84%D8%B3">نَابْلُس</a>، وهي مَدِينةٌ فِلَسْطِينيّة مَعْرُوفَة على ما يَبْدُو بــ «المطبخ الرّاقي»، وتُعْتَبرُ <a href="https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%83%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%A9">الكنافة</a> هي واحِدَة من تِلْكَ الأَشْيَاءِ الَّتِي لا يُمْكِنُ إِعْدَادُها بِسُرْعَةٍ كَافِيَة.</p>
<p>عِنْدَ مَحَلٍّ مَشْهُورٍ يُدْعى «حبيبة» في وَسْطِ البَلْدَةِ عَمَّان يُوجَد دَائِماً هُناك طَابُور، ومِنَ الصَّعْبِ بَعْضَ الشَّيء لِأَنْ تَطْلُبَ هُنَاك، إلّا إذا كُنْتَ تَعْرِفُ ما الّذِي سَتَفْعَلُه!</p></description>

<p>أَصْلُها مِنْ <a href="https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%84%D8%B3">نَابْلُس</a>، وهي مَدِينةٌ فِلَسْطِينيّة مَعْرُوفَة على ما يَبْدُو بــ «المطبخ الرّاقي»، وتُعْتَبرُ <a href="https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%83%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%A9">الكنافة</a> هي واحِدَة من تِلْكَ الأَشْيَاءِ الَّتِي لا يُمْكِنُ إِعْدَادُها بِسُرْعَةٍ كَافِيَة.</p>
<p>عِنْدَ مَحَلٍّ مَشْهُورٍ يُدْعى «حبيبة» في وَسْطِ البَلْدَةِ عَمَّان يُوجَد دَائِماً هُناك طَابُور، ومِنَ الصَّعْبِ بَعْضَ الشَّيء لِأَنْ تَطْلُبَ هُنَاك، إلّا إذا كُنْتَ تَعْرِفُ ما الّذِي سَتَفْعَلُه!</p></description>

<p>هُناكَ فِكْرَةٌ شَائِعَة تَقُولُ إِنَّ النَّظافَة جُزْء مُهِمّ في العَقِيدَة الإِسْلَامِيَّة، لَكِنَّك لَنْ تَرَى هذا عِندَما تَمْشِي في شَوَرِاع الأُرْدُن! لَمْ أَرَ أبداً في حَياتِي أَشْخَاصًا يَقُومون بِرَمْيِ أَكْوَاب القَهْوَة والشَّطَائِر المَأْكُول نِصْفها والمَنادِيل الوَرَقِيّة وغَيْر ذَلِك في الشَّارِع في غَايَةِ اللامُبَالاة — وأَحْيانًا في غَايَةِ البَرَاعَة — كما هو الحَال هُنا في الأُرْدُن.</p></description>
