&lt;p&gt;من خجالت میکشم که بگم حدود یکماه از رفتنم به اردن زمان برد تا من این دسر شیرین و پنیری را کشف کنم. اصالتاً از &lt;a href=&#34;https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%84%D8%B3&#34;&gt;نابلوس&lt;/a&gt;، شهری فلستینی که ظاهراً برای غذاهای متنوع شناخته میشود، &lt;a href=&#34;https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%DA%A9%D9%88%D9%86%D9%81%D9%87&#34;&gt;کونفه&lt;/a&gt; یکی از چیزهایی است که خیلی سریع آمده نمیشه. برای سفارش دادن این دسر یک مغازه مشهور در مرکز اَمان بنام حبیبا وجود دارد که همیشه یک صف کمی شلوغ دارد که میتواند کمی اضطراب آور باشد مگر اینکه واقعاً بلد باشید چکار بکنید.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
