Build a custom Bootstrap We don't use all the Bootstrap stuff, so let's just build a custom one with the components we need. This saves about 50k.

Trim more unused bits of canonical Bootstrap Neither the theme nor Hugo's code seems to rely on these CSS classes so I think we can remove them. This saves 3KiB more from style.css.
