Alan Orth	2fada6c6ff	pyproject.toml: Use psycopg2 instead of psycopg2-binary ... According to the documentation the binary version is not meant to be run in production. Since I'm in control of both my development and production servers and can ensure that libpq-dev is installed on both, I will use the source version of this module. Alan Orth	a35ecf2394	Add Swagger UI on /swagger ... This includes a Swagger UI with an OpenAPI 3.0 JSON schema for easy interactive demonstration and testing of the API. Alan Orth	2b067050ff	Remove pytest-clarity ... It is missing a six dependency which causes the build to fail. I could simply add six to the virtualenv but it feels dirty.
